Since 2009, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled by one’s self — so what are you waiting for? Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships my focus is on supporting individuals and couples that may be facing challenges balancing family and their mental health. Beyond my private practice, I am involved with the Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and provide counseling and mental health services at a local University.

EMDR trained since 2017. Continuously supporting and treating clients with post-traumatic stress disorder using EMDR is one of my passions. Do not know what EMDR means? Ask me, its a great option for your trauma treatment.
